SCHOOL HOURS

ALL STUDENTS IN GRADES K THROUGH 8 MUST BE IN THE SCHOOL AUDITORIUM BY 8:00a.m. EACH DAY. DOORS OPEN AT 7:45a.m.

FULL DAY PRE-K 3 & FULL DAY PRE-K 4 STUDENTS
MUST BE IN WARD MEEHAN HALL (on 82nd Street) by 8:00a.m DOORS OPEN at 7:45a.m.

In an effort to promote order and safety in the schoolyard, it is necessary that the following regulations be clearly understood and adhered to by all students, parents, and/or guardians.

• • Parents are not permitted in the schoolyard either in the morning or during lunch time. PLEASE do not block driveways either picking up or dropping off children.
• No student should be in the school yard before 7:45 am. There is no adult supervision before the Auditorium doors open.
• For safety reasons, we cannot allow children into the Auditorium before 7:45a.m.

WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO OFFER FULL DAY PRE-K 3 and PRE-K 4 CLASSES.

KINDERGARTEN 8:00 – 11:00, Lunch at 11:00am, 12:00-2:30pm
(Dismissal on 82 Street, back door next to rectory)
GRADES 1 8:00 - 11:20 Lunch at 11:20am, 12:15- 2:30pm
(Dismissal on 82 Street, front door next to Ward Meehan Hall)

GRADES 2,3 8:00 - 11:20 Lunch at 11:20am, 12:15- 2:45pm.
(Dismissal on 35 Avenue, school yard entrance next to church)

GRADE 4 8:00 - 11:20 Lunch at 11:20am, 12:15-2:45p.m.
(Dismissal on 82 Street, back door next to rectory)

GRADE 5 8:00 - 11:20 Lunch at 12:20pm, 1:05 - 3:00pm
(Dismissal on 35 Avenue, school yard entrance next to church)

GRADES 6, 7, 8 8:00 - 12:20 Lunch at 12:20pm, 1:05-3:00pm
(Dismissal on 82 Street, back door next to rectory)

WEDNESDAY IS NOW A FULL DAY WITH THE ABOVE SCHEDULE.
