PRE-KINDERGARTEN - 3 AND 4 YEAR OLD

GRADES 1-8
KINDERGARTEN Testing date will be given at time of registration.
GRADES 1 THROUGH 7 Testing date will be given at the time of registration.
There is a $200.00 non‑refundable registration
fee payable at time of registration.
CASH ONLY, PLEASE
There is an additional $300.00 non-refundable seat reservation fee payable at the time of registration. CASH ONLY, PLEASE.
The seat reservation fee is deducted from your overall tuition.
Tuition can be paid on a monthly basis.
On May 2, 2012 a $1,500 payment is due. HOWEVER if you find this impossible, you may divide tuition payments into monthly installments, of equal amounts or varying amounts.
Please do not wait to register your child because of your inability to pay the May $1,500 payment. You can make arrangements with us. Mrs. Antoniette Balzano, our Bursar and Registrar, is happy to make arrangements that work just for you!
We need to have students registered so we can determine teachers, create classes, purchase supplies, and order text and work books. THIS IS DONE IN MAY & JUNE.
You will not be able to register unless all information listed below is complete:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- If Catholic, a copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate
- If applicable, Communion and Confirmation Certificates
- Complete Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence (utility bill with your address)
- Proof of Guardianship (if this situation exists)
- Grades 1-7 A copy of the most recent report card and a copy of the most recent standardized test scores
