INVITATION TO RE-REGISTER FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

Dear Parents,

As we begin to plan for next year, it is important that you register by Friday, March 30, 2012. 

Re-registration is vital as we need to determine our staffing needs as well as begin ordering books and materials.  In addition, your re-registration will also help us to respond to the transfer requests we are receiving from parents seeking to enroll their children.

Please return the next page with the $200 cash or money order non-refundable family re-registration fee, to the school office no later than Friday, March 30, 2012.  

You will also need a $300 seat registration fee that is non-refundable, however, the $300 seat registration fee is deducted from your September 2012-June 2013 tuition.   

You only have to return one re-registration form per family even though each of your children might have received a re-registration packet.

$4,350 + $200 registration fee

$5,350 + $200 registration fee

Two children

$6,350 + $200 registration fee

$7,350 + $200 registration fee

Three or more Children

$8,350 + $200 registration fee

$9,350 + $200 registration fee

 

Each additional Catholic child
after three children is $2,000

Each additional non-Catholic child
after three children is $3,200

  • Registration Fee is $200 per student. Paid at registration. Non refundable.
  • Seat Reservation Fee is $300. Paid at registration. Non refundable but deducted from tuition.
  • Lunchroom Fee is $200 per student. $100 due in September. Second $100 due in January.
  • First Tuition payment for September 2012-June 2013 school year is due May 2, 2012.
