FULL DAY PRE-K 3, FULL DAY PRE-K 4, and FULL DAY Kindergarten.

February 2012

Dear Parents,

Registration for Full Day Pre-K 3 and Full Day Pre-K 4 classes is now taking place for the September 2012-June 2013 school year.

Because we have no more available space in the parish to expand, space is limited. Once we reach capacity, registration for the Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten classes closes.

Even though we maintain a waiting list, there is no guarantee that being placed on our waiting list ensures an eventual seat in these grades, therefore, it is very important that you register as soon as possible.

This year we have TWO PRE-K 3 CLASSES with 24 students in each class, moving up to Pre-K 4.

WE HAVE TWO PRE-K 4 classes with 24 students in each class, moving up to Kindergarten.

  • The total amount of students we can accept in Pre-K 3 is 48 students.
  • The total amount of students we can accept in Pre-K 4 is 48 students.
  • The total amount of students we can accept in Kindergarten is 60 students.

Registration is vital as we need to determine our staffing needs as well as determine the number of books and materials for the 2012-2013 school year. In addition, your registration helps us to respond to the many requests we are receiving from parents who visit us seeking to enroll their children.

Be aware that we only offer FULL DAY Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten classes. (8:00a.m. to 2:30p.m.)

We do not have the space to offer any half day programs.

Our After School Program provides care until 7:00p.m.

Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kindergarten students participate in our After School Program in Ward Meehan Hall’s Pre-K classes and Art Room. Our After School Program’s tuition is in addition to the school day tuition.

In order to register for Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten, return the next page with a $200 cash or money order non-refundable family registration fee, to the school office.

You will also need a $300 seat registration fee that is non-refundable, however, the $300 seat registration fee is deducted from your September 2012-June 2013 tuition.

The Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten registration form , along with the $200 cash or money order non-refundable family registration fee and the $300 seat registration fee is the only way we place your child’s name on that class’ list of students.

The family registration fee is separate from the tuition and is not deducted from your total tuition.

Your first tuition payment of $ 1,500 for the September 2012-June 2013 school year is due Monday May 2, 2012. If you are choosing a 10 month payment plan, tuition for the September 2012-June 2013 school year must begin with May 2, 2012.

If no tuition payment is received by Monday May 2, 2012, then your child will loose his/her seat in the class you registered.

All tuition payment plans can only be arranged with Mrs. Balzano.

All NEW students to our school must come IN PERSON to register.

Thank you, once again, for choosing St. Joan of Arc Catholic School.

Mr. Fruner, Principal
Mr. Donovan, Assistant Principal
